As we prepare for the last couple of weeks before our wedding, Andrew and I are just so grateful for all the blessings in our lives. Yes – we're in love, but we also love all the people around us who care for us and pray for us. Thank you so much. Now we're excited to share that love with others around us too. :)

These beautiful photographs were taken by Scarlet O'Neil. Thanks Scarlet!

And YES! Milk and honey is NOT dead. I will slowly bring it back to life, trust me. Once this whole wedding thingimajigy is done and over with, I can't wait to bring lots of rich, fun, and delicious stories and pictures to the blog. Thanks for your patience, y'all! I'm excited to come back soon. :)

  1. I'm so glad to see this post. I came across your blog about a week ago. I've started many blogs before and never stuck to them. You've shown me to just write what I know and post what I love. I read every post of yours, now starting my own blog...again. I noticed you hadn't posted in a short while, but encouraged by his little post! The photos are just beautiful. Congratulations! Enjoy your wedding, and come back soon!

  2. Thanks Morgan for your encouragement! Yes - let's not give up on what we love! Sometimes I feel overwhelmed and even pressured to always post something complete and perfectly polished, but I think I've learned the best blogs are the ones that just come from the realest place inside of us! Just feeling privileged to talk about the things we truly love and feel passionate about is good enough to keep a blog going! Good luck with your beautiful blog! Looking forward to see what it grows into. :)

  7. Coincidence on so many levels... getting married in a couple of weeks, immensely thankful to our family and friends who've put so much into the upcoming day and in nurturing our relationship, and a blog that's (sadly) been pushed to the wayside during planning. Whew! All the best wishes to you and your soon-to-be from one who truly understands. Amazing photos, too!

    Cheers,
